I come with 5+ years of work experience in the Fintech industry across payments, wallets, and lending. I love studying human decision-making processes and am passionate about social and financial inclusion.
Before transitioning into my role as a UX researcher, I worked at TEDxGateway, an independently organized TED event in Mumbai, India. This experience ignited my passion for understanding human behavior and effective storytelling. As a seasoned researcher, I take the lead in driving research initiatives from their inception through execution. I specialize in extracting valuable insights from data analysis. Working closely with various teams, I make sure that our product design is centered around the needs of our users.
